UIPM WORLD Pentathlon confirms that the event "consisting of running the length of the stadium, jumping, throwing the spear, throwing the discus and wrestling was introduced for the first time at the 18th Olympiad in 708 BC and held a position of unique importance in the Games. HORSE Racing – Since 1962 the Victor Ludorum Hurdle is a National Hunt race run each year at Haydock Park. A champion horse called called Victor Ludorum bred in England by his owners Arabian Godolphin.

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) headquarters are in Lausanne in Switzerland, where they fiercely protect the legacy and symbols of the Olympic movement. The three key symbols are the Olympic Rings, Torch and Crown of laurel leaves or Victor Ludorum.
